Return & Refund Policy

At Bootprox, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective: personalized/customized products, digital downloads, and perishable goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Refunds will be issued for the product cost only and do not include original shipping charges, except in cases where the return is due to our error. Sale items may be refunded at the purchase price.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with details of your purchase and refund request.

For payments made via PayPal, we recommend checking your PayPal account balance before contacting us about missing refunds. In some cases, refunds may be credited to your PayPal balance rather than returned to your original payment method.
